WIll my print include a watermark?
No, your print will be created without the watermark. Watermarks are included on sample photos for the protection of the artist.
What is your return policy?
If any items are damaged during shipment, please send me pictures and detailed information regarding your defective order via the contact page along with your order number. Your order will be replaced with no additional cost.
Other than damaged items, I am currently not accepting returns at this time. Orders are usually non-refundable, but please contact me if you would like to work something out!
What materials are used for prints?
All prints are 230 GSM acid-free paper with a thickness of 9.5 mil for a luxurious quality. Prints are fingerprint and smudge resistant. Museum quality archival paper is used to prevent yellowing and ensure longevity.
How are items packaged?
Prints sizes 11"x14" and below will be shipped in a sturdy flat mailer. Larger prints will be gently rolled into a shipping tube to prevent creasing.
How long does shipping take?
Items will be printed and packaged within 1-3 business days. Shipping within the US typically takes 2-3 days. International shipping typically takes 5-8 days. Tracking will be available for your order- please contact me if you do not receive tracking details.
Do prints arrive framed?
Prints will arrive unframed. Currently, I am not offering framed prints.
